Who we are Matonyok Organization is a non-profit organization registered in Kenya and Tanzania dedicated to promoting sustainable agroforestry practices to enhance environmental conservation and empower local communities.

We believe in harnessing the power of agroforestry to create a greener future while also improving livelihoods and ensuring food security.

Through innovation and collaboration, we strive to make a positive impact in the communities we work with, ultimately creating a more sustainable world.

Matonyok does advocacy for the conservation of the environment through agroforestry while empowering communities.

We empower communities through;

1. Educating and actively involve the indigenous communities on matters of conserving the environment. This also includes, educational programs at school level in the form of green schools campaign and climate-smart agricultural techniques to indigenous people.

2. Providing communities with fruit seedlings to promote livelihoods while conserving the environment.

3. By providing educational lessons on how they can manage their self help groups.
